3. SureTime (PTY)LTD is authorised to sell the insurers’ products and does not own more than 10% shares in any insurance company applicable.

4. CivilSure is a product of SureTimes (PTY) LTD .

5. SureTimes (PTY) LTD is a registered company and has Professional Indemnity insurance.
